I will happily supply you with a superbill each month for you to be able to file along with your insurance claims should you wish to use your out-of-network insurance benefits for mental health services. (Please note that parent coaching is not considered to be a medical\/mental health service and is, therefore, not insurance reimbursable.) Below are my fees as of January 1, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Therapy &amp; Parent Coaching Fees (in-person and telehealth (video or audio only call)):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>30-minute Therapy or Parent Coaching Session:\u00a0 $140<\/p>\n<p>45-minute Therapy or Parent Coaching Session:\u00a0 $175<\/p>\n<p>60-minute Therapy or Parent Coaching Session:\u00a0 $200<\/p>\n<p>Family Therapy Session with or without Client Present:\u00a0 $200<\/p>\n<p>Clinical Intake (required for all new therapy clients):\u00a0 $250<\/p>\n<p><strong>Services That Incur Private Pay Fees (not insurance reimbursable):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Phone consultations and non-administrative emails taking longer than 10 minutes\/day with or on the client&#8217;s behalf, report writing, form completion, and preparation of records:\u00a0 $200 per hour (prorated)<\/p>\n<p>Late cancellation (less than 24 business hours)\/no show:\u00a0 full fee for reserved session<\/p>\n<p>Fees for other services not listed available upon request<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Good Faith Estimate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage <strong>both orally and in writing <\/strong>of their ability, upon request <strong>or <\/strong>at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a \u201cGood Faith Estimate\u201d of expected charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You have the right to receive a \u201cGood Faith Estimate\u201d explaining how much your medical care will cost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the law, health care providers need to give <strong>patients who don\u2019t have insurance or who are not using insurance <\/strong>an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
