Individual therapy sessions are designed to target the client’s goals for therapy in a thoughtful and supportive atmosphere. I provide individual therapy to children, teens, and young adults. Therapy can provide relief from troubling symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, teach skills for coping with difficult situations, improve social relationships, and help clients understand their strengths and difficulties and how to use this knowledge to make their lives better.
Individual therapy is typically scheduled in 45-minute sessions but can be scheduled in 30-minute sessions, which are oftentimes appropriate for younger children, or 60-minute sessions, which are usually more appropriate for older teens and young adults.
An intake session is required for all therapy clients in order to gather important information, get better acquainted, and determine if moving forward with me is right for you.
For clients that are unable to attend therapy in person, telehealth sessions may be arranged. All prices remain the same.
